Refund Policy

Risk of Loss & Shipping

Title to all products transfers from Dislapharm to the customer once the order leaves our fulfillment facility. Dislapharm covers outbound shipping costs for orders shipped within the United States. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of any orders sent outside the United States.

Return Eligibility

Return eligibility applies to one-time purchases and individual subscription shipments only.

To qualify for a refund:

• Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase
• Products must be unopened, unused, and retain their original factory seal
• Products must be in factory-quality condition

Refunds will not be issued for products that are opened, used, partially used, damaged, or tampered with. Dislapharm reserves the right to determine whether a returned item meets these condition requirements.

Initiating a Return

All returns must be initiated by emailing support@dislapharm.com before sending anything back. Items sent to our facility without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

Please include your name, order number, reason for return, and contact details in the request.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items to prevent damage during transit. Dislapharm is not liable for returned items lost or damaged in transit. Return-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Refund requests for missing deliveries must be submitted within 15 days of the expected delivery date; after this period, refunds or reshipments cannot be provided.

Shipping Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Dislapharm is not responsible for misdelivered or undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses, address forwarding, or incomplete address details.

Taxes & Duties

Customers are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, import duties, value-added tax, or other fees associated with their order, and are responsible for remitting those taxes to the appropriate authority.
